Guyana is a country in South America known for having a dense jungle. It's often connected with the Caribbean region since it speaks English and has calypso music and cricket. Georgetown, the nation's capital, is renowned for its British provincial architecture, which includes the towering, painted-timber St. George's Anglican Cathedral. The outside of Stabroek Market, a source of fresh produce, is marked with a large clock. One of the largest unspoiled rainforests in South America is found in Guyana, while certain areas remain relatively inaccessible to humans. Early explorers Sir Walter Raleigh and Charles Waterton, as well as subsequent naturalists Sir David Attenborough and Gerald Durrell, painted vivid portraits of Guyana's rich regular history.
